Lock change: British Standard locks for insurance in Wigan

- Fitted the new cylinder.
- Fitted the British Standard deadlock and checked both locks with the new keys.
Worth knowing
- What insurers ask for. Many home insurance policies require British Standard locks (BS3621) on final exit doors.
- Upgrade the cylinder at the same time. A TS007 3 star cylinder resists snapping on its own, without relying on security handles.
