Refund policy


  • The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify us by Email or phone within 3 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged, have parts missing or do not comply with any description of the Contract. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. If damaged item or missing parts are to become the reason for a replacement or a full refund, the Buyer must return all originally received items in their packaging back to the us, unless instructed to do otherwise.
  • The Buyer shall be entitled to a full refund plus any return postal charges if the Goods are in fact defective. We do not accept returns of Goods that have been used, unless the Goods have manufacture fault and specifically instructed to be returned by us.
  • If you want to cancel your purchase, you can do so if the product hasn’t been use or opened from its original package and in saleable condition. You must notify us within 14 days by Email and return the product back to us.
  • Please note: postage costs will not be refunded.
